Report Harmful or Illegal Content
We take user safety seriously. If you see content that violates our rules or may be illegal, please report it immediately.

How to Report
– Use the in-app report button

– Law enforcement can reach us at: compliance@chatmates.co
We acknowledge reports within 48 hours and act as quickly as possible. If we receive a report involving immediate threats to safety (such as suicide risk, exploitation, or human trafficking), we may escalate the matter to appropriate emergency or legal authorities, in accordance with local laws.
Remove Myself from Content
If you appear in any image, video, or content on our platform without your consent, you may request removal.

How to Request Takedown

– Include: Link or screenshot of the content, your name, and proof of identity

If your request is valid, we will promptly remove the content. If the content involves copyright infringement, you may also submit a takedown notice under the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). Please email compliance@chatmates.co with your legal name, signature, and a description of the copyrighted material.
How We Moderate Content
We use a combination of automated tools and trained moderators to keep our platform safe.

– AI scans content before and after publication
– Human reviewers assess reports and appeals
– Content violating our standards may be removed
– Users may be warned or suspended for repeated violations

We protect against child exploitation, non-consensual acts, hate speech, and scams. We also regularly review our moderation policies and tools to comply with evolving legal obligations across different regions. This policy is reviewed and updated regularly.

We are committed to preventing all forms of modern slavery and human trafficking in our operations and supply chain.

Protecting Young Users
Our platform is only for adults. We prohibit users under 18 and remove any content that appears to involve minors. We use age-gating tools and verification systems where required by law to prevent access by users under 18. In jurisdictions such as the UK, Australia, and Germany, additional checks may apply
We invest in age screening, moderation, and law enforcement partnerships to enforce this rule.
