Please note:

  • Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current paid period, and no additional charges will be incurred after that.
  • You will retain access to your purchased e-credits until they are used or expire (based on your plan).
  • Refunds are not issued for partial use of credit packs or unused credits.

If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you may contact Support to request a refund. Refunds are reviewed based on factors such as:

  • User complaints
  • Customer feedback
  • Usage data

If approved, only the most recent e-credit pack purchase will be refunded. Approval of a refund will result in immediate cancellation and deactivation of any remaining credits.

Please contact us directly to resolve any billing concerns before reaching out to your credit card provider or bank. We are committed to resolving issues promptly and fairly.
