Cancellation and Refund

You can cancel your subscription or trial membership through the link provided in your welcome email or the FAQ page. Alternatively, you can contact our support team at support@chatmates.co or call us:

Please note that cancellations will take effect at the end of the current paid period, and no further fees will be charged after that. You will retain access to the services until the paid period ends. Refunds are not provided for partial-month subscription periods or unused services.

If you are dissatisfied with the service, you may request a refund by contacting Support. Refunds are assessed based on factors such as user complaints, customer feedback, and data on how the service was used. If approved, only the most recent payment within the subscription period will be refunded.

Refund approval results in the immediate cancellation of the subscription.

For billing disputes, please contact us first to resolve the issue before involving any third party, such as your credit card provider or bank. We will promptly investigate and address your concerns.
